The EILLAP_ 1st Lusophone International Meeting on Literature, Architecture, and Heritage took place at the Centro Cultural do Mindelo on May 9th and 10th, in partnership between the University 草榴社区 of Cape Verde, Polo of Mindelo, and CHAM - Center for Humanities of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

We had the generous contribution of 28 foreign and Cape Verdean researchers who participated in 2 round tables and 4 panels of interdisciplinary communications, focusing on fundamental issues for the Lusophone world.
