It is increasingly evident that today's world and our society are paying more attention to health issues. Either due to a greater awareness of citizens or because the complexity and quantity of problems have increased, the fact is that one can no longer ignore this. The educated people in our society, especially those with higher education, feel involved in this issue and want to do more and better in this area of Public Health.
This issue is increasingly interdisciplinary and can no longer be, nor should it be, exclusive to health professionals. Educators, sociologists, economists, IT specialists, architects, managers—in short, there are various professionals and fields of knowledge that are called upon today to intervene in matters of Public and Community Health.
For this reason, and because we are aware and up to date with the demands and technological and scientific innovations in this field, our most experienced and knowledgeable professors have created this master's program that addresses these concerns and provides high-level professional advantages, both for the future Master in Public and Community Health and for our Society and the contemporary world.
This transdisciplinary master's program equips its holder for solid professional performance, to be a renowned consultant in this field, to pursue more advanced studies, and cutting-edge research in issues related to the cause of Public Health.
